Pancakes, Ashes, & Fish!

Holy Comforter engages three long time traditions in one week!  On Tuesday, (Fat Tuesday) February 24, from 5-7, we'll enjoy our annual Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper in the parish hall.  The following day is Ash Wednesday.  We will have a Noon and a 7 p.m. service of Imposition of Ashes and Holy Eucharist.   On Friday, Februay 27, we'll renew an old Holy Comforter tradition: Lenten Friday Fish Frys. From 5- 7 p.m.every Friday in Lent, the men of Holy Comforter will fry up fish dinners to eat in or take out.  Yum!
